White Chocolate Strawberry Bomb

Ingredients
- 1 bag vegan white chocolate chips
- 1 bag freeze-dried strawberries 🍓
- 1/2 tsp cane sugar (optional)
- small vegan marshmallows
- vegan sprinkles (optional)
- plant-based milk (I prefer oat milk)
Directions
- Heat up white chocolate chips. You can do this slowly in the microwave, but it is best to heat in a glass bowl, over a pot of water
- Add the white chocolate to the mold with a silicone brush or spoon. Put mold into the refrigerator for five minutes
- Add a second coat of white chocolate to each mold. Place back in the refrigerator
- Blend freeze-dried strawberries 🍓 with cane sugar, in a high speed blender
- Remove chilled chocolate from the molds
- Add marshmallows and strawberry mix to one side of each sphere
- Put the two halves together and seal the center with melted chocolate. TIP: If you want sprinkles on top, just brush on a small amount of melted chocolate to the sphere to get the sprinkles to stick
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Drop into warm plant-based milk and enjoy!
