Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen diced pineapple
- 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- Juice of 1/4 lemon
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 Tbsp Maple syrup (Optional, for extra sweetness)
Toppings:
- Coconut flakes
- Blackberries
- Chopped Mango
- Sliced Golden Berries (Optional)
- Hemp seeds
Directions
- Blue Mixture Preparation: Mix coconut cream and blue spirulina powder until smooth.
- Base Blending: Blend frozen bananas, pineapple, lemon juice, blue mixture, and optional maple syrup until smooth.
- Serving and Topping: Scoop into a bowl and top with blackberries, mangos, golden berries, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes.
Tip: If you can't find or don't have the suggested toppings, feel free to substitute with other fruits you enjoy, such as blueberries, regular pineapple, or golden kiwi.
