Shopping List 

Dill Buffalo Wing Cheeze:

  • 2 cups of soaked cashews
  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp unrefined coconut oil
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  • Salt to taste

Extra ingredients:

  • Thinly chopped chives
  • Thinly chopped dill
  • 1 Tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Add all ingredients for the cheeze to a food processor and blend until really smooth.
  • Add chopped dill and mix with a spoon.
  • Place in parchment paper inside a mold or small bowl.
  • Add to the freezer for 1 hour and then move to the refrigerator.
  • Allow to chill for 2 - 3 hours.
  • Add chili oil to coat the outside and then roll in chopped chives, dill, and chili flakes.
