Shopping List
Dill Buffalo Wing Cheeze:
- 2 cups of soaked cashews
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1 1/2 Tbsp unrefined coconut oil
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- Salt to taste
Extra ingredients:
- Thinly chopped chives
- Thinly chopped dill
- 1 Tbsp chili oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- Add all ingredients for the cheeze to a food processor and blend until really smooth.
- Add chopped dill and mix with a spoon.
- Place in parchment paper inside a mold or small bowl.
- Add to the freezer for 1 hour and then move to the refrigerator.
- Allow to chill for 2 - 3 hours.
- Add chili oil to coat the outside and then roll in chopped chives, dill, and chili flakes.
